Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please allow additional processing time during peak periods, sale events, and holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. If your parcel is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
